My Obsessions and a li'l more

To list my five obsessions as asked by Anwesa in her blog-tag was the most interesting thing to do. So here's my list -

1. Love Stories & Songs :

I have a stack full of Mills n Boons series/Love Stories/Romantic novels and I keep adding more to it. Thanks to Sunny who buys me romantic novels and brings home some really gud romantic flicks as a penalty for many stupid things I blame him for. :)Yeah! ofcourse. Everybody loves music. But there is one song I am obsessed with : HERO from Enrique. I think someday I will dance to it with someone special...*Blush*Blush*.

2. Writing 'n' Reading :

I cannot do without it, I just cannot spend a day without scribbling something either on my blog or else on a piece of paper. Just like writing, reading is a part of me and I cannot do without reading even for a day. I read newspapers, articles,online-columns, books and blogs...everything that is worth reading. :)

3. Dogs :

Haha!! I can see Pagli Mads making a face there... I am obsessed with my dogs Happy and Rustam. Especially, Happy Singh coz I raised him just like a baby... and though I never let Rustam know, I love him a lot, it is just that he is a German Shepherd and too big for me to cuddle. ;)

4. Hair :

I am obsessed with letting my hair loose. I simply can never tie them neatly even when I have really long hair. Mom complains, Dad shouts and Bhai finds hair in his food but I just don't love tying my hair when am home. I let them loose and I know it is an irritating obsession for my family to bear with. :)

5. Counselling :

I am a big GYAAN GURUMAA.Even if you don't ask for it, I will keep throwing advice in ur direction that too free of cost. I am sometimes just too concerned abt people n resolving their problems. It has made me land in trouble many a times, still can't help it.

Yes. I am not fond of doing tags but then am pretty fond of Ramit ;) So this one is for him. I started off with a "Yeah! I need to do it feeling" but enjoyed answering it all thru.

Black leggings, Pink long shirt and a boring earthy jumper.

Chicken gravvy. Being a veggie, me skipping dinner tonite. Had golgappas ummmmmm...

Extra luggage at Leeds airport. India aakey Dad is buying everything I need. *feels pampered*

Mandy Moore asking Matthew Goode to sleep with her in a movie called 'Chasing Liberty'.

6. What do you think about the person who tagged you?
I think he is the perfect friend everyone looks for :) Sometimes I so much want to be like him (except for the hair, of course). I think his real-life friends are pretty lucky to have him around.

White cotton kurtas and blue faded jeans... ahem! I prefer shorts too, but mom threw them away :|

1. Kohl for eyes and a nude lip gloss/balm works the best no matter wen n where. 2. Trust black when nothing else works. 3. You dont need a box full of jewellery to look gud. Simple n less is classy.

Senior Intelligence and Defence Strategist. Ohkay! Don't laugh.

Reader's Digest (it is kinda under extinction now) :|

Save for Bhai's new phone.

A simple straight trim...may be a fringe... good for my long hair.

People who are challenged (mentally/physically) and still they live it up.

I clean my room, closet and desk.

Personal Blogs, the most. I can relate to people who talk about their lives more than the abstract blogs. Like Ki, Ramit, Mads, Nidhi,Gaurav, Peter, AD, Richa, Americanising Desi,Zirelda, Skeeter,Sugarcube,Nanhi Pari. And I spend a considerable time reading stories at Mahesh's, Rohit's and Arjun's blog.

Like Ramit also mentioned;Try ignoring and it is easy to move on and forgive. But am not a saint, some ppl I try hard, but can't forgive.

Losing my loved ones.

Huh! I still look the same. Damn! the Genie in the dream was a fake.

Old happy-couples, Small kids and yeah! wen Happy and Rustam come running to me just like that and try to cuddle.

Ek aur TAG aaya hain ;)

After a long time, I have been tagged by someone and that someone is Born Vagabond. He is a bindaas punjabi guy. Thanks a lot. Coz I had pure fun while answering these questions. Movie Tag

Another cool tag I got where I have a lot more to mention is the Movie Tag I have been given by Buzzzzzz. Thanks for that Buzzzz!! I am a complete movie buff, be it Hindi movies or English(Angrezi)/ Infact, I am really filmy...he he and as a kid I loved to relate to movies. So reflecting my movie love : 1. Name five of your all time favourite movies. Golmaal (Old) Mona Lisa Smile Notting Hill Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayengey Jab We Met Barsaat Ki Raat (Oldest) 2. Of course, DDLJand if you dont believe me I have seen it 47 times...ha ha...this was the only movie I had on my frenz PC in college and we saw it every Sunday... ;) 4.Which movie comes to your mind when i say funniest? Latest is Bachna Ae Haseeno, I think itz such a waste of talent and ofcourse I expected Tashan to be a rocking movie...I have not yet watched the full reel...am so put off my the promos... 8. TAG - My Desktop Story :)

Tag time!!

I saw I have a backlog of two tags... First one is from Nidhi...Thaaaaaaankooo Niddzzi!! I am no going to hold back on today's bad mood thingies...So, Herez My Desktop Story and my first tag.

My desktop carries wallpapers of Pacific Ocean or Beaches. Reason, I love beaches and oceans in particular. The thrill I enjoyed while sailing in Pacific Ocean for 6 hrs is unbeatable. :)

One luk at my desktop every friday and you wud know I actually work all thru the week coz there wud be many downloads, new documents and ofcourse POST-IT. I am pretty forgetful when it comes to the time am multi-tasking, so I make sure that everything from grocery shopping,gas bills to my timesheets and important meetings are there in Post-it with alarms. At the end of every week I clean up my desktop of all the icons and docs that I don't need. So itz always an Organized Friday for me :) and my desktop story hold no secrets behind it except that I am all game of sea adventure ;)

Else there are so many icons for various tools and IT security Apps.

I pass on the desktop story tag to few people I think wud have something interesting to share : Zirelda, Buzzzzzz and Skeeter. :)
