Height of Love

Pata hain kya? I have done something crazy today....

I am not well, down with fever :( I am reading all your blogs par not feeling like writing anything on my own. But somehow I stumbled over a blog post tht talked abt a short-story writing competition. Ab main koi itni gyaani toh hun nahi... still I thought why not give it a shot...after all bed par rest kar kar key bhi main bore ho gayi... and then people shud also suffer a bit after reading what I write naa...

Unhey bhi pata chaley boriyat ka dard kya hota hain... :P

So I gave myself a time-span of 15 mins and wrote watever came to mind. The rule was that it cannot exceed 250 words and should be centred around this picture.

Mainey titled diya : HEIGHT OF LOVE

Ab jhelo... I mean pado... aur buraayee wuraayee karni ho toh soch lena... ki main pehley hi beemar hun... dukhi ko aur dukh dogey... toh kahaan bharogey...hahahahaha... Kya mast torture maara mainey...anyways... pado ab. (Now bear with it and before u criticise me... remember that I am not well and giving more pain to someone whoz already suffering is nasty...hehe... am so gud at threatning people at time...read on now)

Lemme tell u before u start reading it...the characters are same old...Ghisey Pitey... Sia and Arjun... (soch rahi hun unki ek full-fldged story likh hi dun...lol)

HEIGHT OF LOVE Acrophobia... Acrophobia Sia recalled it as soon as she looked at the escalator at busy North Point Station. She was not going to be afraid...no...she was not going to be... she kept telling herself, "Its just 4 floors". She stood there blank, staring at the escalator. "Hello, I wonder if there is something more interesting than me for a pretty woman to look at",a voice broke her silence of doubt. "Oh! well...umm...", she hesitated more. He could see the beads of sweat on her forehead and sense her nervousness... "Scared of heights?", he asked. She nodded in agreement. Before she could realize, he put his hand around her waist and with a soft push, both of them were on the elevator. She looked at him with shock. He whispered, “Don't worry. I am there. You have beautiful eyes, did anyone tell you that?” She blushed and replied with a smile, "And you have some chivalry, pushing a woman along with you on the escalator". "Here we come." He let go of her as soon as they reached the floor. "In that case, if you still want to remember me, I am Arjun", he smiled and disappeared in the crowd. "Some love stories begin and end on an escalator. It’s been 5 years", Sia thought loudly. "Ours did not” she turned around to see Arjun smiling at her. ”Yeah! Ours did not”, she smiled and while they kissed she looked at the ring in her hand and closed her eyes. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Okay! ab mujhey blame mat karna...jisney contest shuru kiya.. usko bolo... waisey bhi yeh select toh honey waali nahi... par ab likhi hain toh kisi ko toh padni padegi naa...time to take rest now... bye hain!! :) hehehe
